WHAT WE BELIEVE
We are a community of faith that uses the Science of
Mind teaching to enhance our experience of life. The
study of the Science of Mind is a study of First Cause, Spirit,
Mind, or that invisible Essence, that ultimate stuff and Intelligence
from which everything comes, the power back of all creation – The
Thing Itself. We believe in this power and that it is a power
for good in the universe. We call this power God.
Science of Mind teaches that we live in a spiritual universe of
cause and effect, we are cause – not effect– and the
thing that activates this principle is our thought. We believe
that Law creates our experience exacting according to our belief.
As you sow, so shall you reap! All our beliefs are in harmony
with the basic tenets of the world’s great religions, and
our students and members are from a variety of those traditions.
